How we work
Small and remote
There are few of us and we work remotely. That means real autonomy, and also that each person carries their part from beginning to end.
A live product, not a deck
Previva has been in production since April 2026, with payments, doctors and people using it. What gets decided on Monday is running that same week.
We write things down
Decisions and the reasoning behind them are written down. With a remote team it is the only way the context does not live solely in the head of whoever was on the call.
Open positions
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
We are looking for someone to build and lead the Previva engineering team without stepping away from the code. Three products are live today: the patient portal, the portal for doctors and laboratories, and the mobile app.
What you will do
- Build and lead the engineering team: hiring, ways of working and a delivery rhythm that holds.
- Write code. This is not a management-only role.
- Own security: access, handling of health data and compliance with Mexican data protection law.
- Coordinate development across the three products: previva.mx, Previva Conecta and the mobile app.
- Make architecture decisions and stand behind them over time.
What we ask for
- Experience leading engineering teams while still writing code.
- A high level of skill with AI models: not only using them, but designing systems around them.
- Sound security judgement, with sensitive data involved.
- Spanish and English.
Preventive medicine and longevity physician
We are looking for a physician to review and uphold the Previva methodology, take part in designing new services and make sure what we communicate is clinically correct.
What you will do
- Review the methodology: how we interpret biomarkers, how we build each person’s personal norm and how hypotheses are formed.
- Take part in designing new services and lab panels.
- Review communication materials with a clinical eye, so nothing promises more than Previva actually does.
What we ask for
- A valid Mexican professional licence (cédula profesional).
- Experience in preventive medicine or longevity.
- Spanish and English.
